Purchase Guide


Purchasing items on is really easy, follow these steps :

  1. Choose the category (Dresses, Shirts, Pants, etc.) of interest to you
  2. View the product(s) by clicking on the picture, you can enlarge the photo to better see the product and its technical aspects (detailed description, composition, sizes, availability, etc.)
  3. Select the item you are interested in, its color (if applicable), and the desired size. Add it to your cart by clicking on the “Add to cart” button. Continue shopping or place your order.
  4. If you want to validate your order, click on the shopping cart icon (top right on the screen). 
  5. Choose your preffered shipping mode
  6. Choose your method of payment
  7. Confirm your order
  8. You will receive an order confirmation by email

It can be sent to an address selected by you (home, work, etc. – never a PO Box) within Canada, USA, and to the following European countries: Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Spain, and UK.

What delivery options do I have?


You can choose either Standard Home Delivery, Express Home Delivery, or Store Delivery.

Standard Home Delivery:

Montreal area: 2-4 working days after receiving your order confirmation

Quebec region: 4-6 working days after receiving your order confirmation

Rest of Canada: 6-8 working days after receiving your order confirmation

USA: 8 working days after receiving your order confirmation

Europe: An average of 15 days (can change)

Express Home Delivery (Canada only):

Montreal area: 1 working day after receiving your order confirmation

Quebec region: 1 working day after receiving your order confirmation

Rest of Canada: 2 working days after receiving your order confirmation

Store Delivery (Canada only):

1 working day after receiving your order confirmation

How much do I pay for the delivery service?

For cities within Canada:

Standard: 12$ – Free over $250 before taxes

Express: $25

Store Delivery: Free

For US cities:

Standard: $17 CAD – Free over $500 before taxes

For European cities:

UPS Standard : 50$ CAD (+/- 30 euros)

Orders shipped outside Canada are subject to import duties and taxes that cannot be determined at the time of purchase. Any additional costs, usually levied once the shipment arrives in your country, are the responsibility of the customer.

How can I track my shipment?

As soon as we deliver your order to Canada Post or UPS, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a tracking number to track your shipment online.


If I am not satisfied with my item, can I return it?

We hope you will love everything that you order from us, but if something isn’t quite right you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return it.

For orders delivered in the US, you have 10 days from the date of receipt to return it.

For order delivered to Europe, you have 7 days from the date of receipt to return it.

Can I return all the items?

You can return all the items, except items on sales, masks, pack of filters, mask chain, and fake collars

Am I charged for the returns?

We will refund the value of any returned items to which we will deduct a $9 + taxes restocking fee for orders shipped within Canada, $15 CAD for orders shipped to the US, and $30 CAD for orders shipped to Europe.

Please note, that we do not reimburse any additional fees that your financial institution may charge you, and that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please note that for all orders outside Canada, customs brokerage fees can be applied. These fees will be paid by our broker and then will be deduced from your refund.

What are the conditions to return an item?

We ask that items are returned:

– Clean (no deodorant, perfume or make-up stains),
– In unworn condition
– In its original packaging with all attached tags.

How to return?

For Canadian customers:

  1. Contact us at with your order number. We will then send you a link to print your return label.

2. Re-using the original packaging, tape the parcel securely and attach the pre-paid label.

3. Drop the parcel off at the Postes Canada of your choice. Responsibility for the return is yours until the parcel reaches us, so please remember to ask for a proof of postage.

4. You can expect to receive a refund within 14 days after the parcel is back to us. Once we have processed the return you will receive a return and refund confirmation email.
