Where can I receive my order?
It can be sent to an address selected by you (home, work, etc. – never a PO Box) within Canada and USA.

How much do I pay for delivery service?
For cities within Canada:
Standard: 8$ – Free over $150 before taxes
Store Delivery : Free
For US cities: Standard: $12 CAD – Free over $300 before taxes
Orders shipped outside Canada are subject to import duties and taxes that can not be determined at the time of purchase. Any additional costs, usually collected once the shipment arrives in your country, are the responsibility of the customer.
How can I track my parcel? As soon as we deliver your order to Postes Canada we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online.
If I am not satisfied with my item, can I return it?
We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return it.
For orders delivered in the US, you have 18 days from the date of delivery to return it.
Can I return all the items?
Reduced items cannot be refunded and are considered as final sale.
Am I charged for the returns?
We will refund the value of any returned items to which we will deduct a 5$ + taxes restocking fee for orders shipped within Canada and 10$ + taxes for orders shipped to the US.
Please note that in both cases we do not reimburse any additional fees that your financial institution may charge you, and that shipping charges are non-refundable.
What are the conditions to return an item?
We ask that items are returned:
– Clean (no deodorant, perfume or make-up stains),
– In its original packaging and have all their tags on.
How to return?
For Canada :
1. Re-using the original packaging, tape the parcel securely and attach the pre-paid label included in your parcel.
2. Drop the parcel off at the Postes Canada of your choice. Responsibility for the return is yours until the parcel reaches us, so please remember to ask for a proof of postage.
3. You can expect to receive a refund within 14 days after the parcel is back to us. Once we have processed the return you will receive a return and refund confirmation email.
