Orders shipped outside Canada are subject to import duties and taxes that cannot be determined at the time of purchase. Any additional costs, usually levied once the shipment arrives in your country, are the responsibility of the customer.
As soon as we deliver your order to Canada Post or UPS, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a tracking number to track your shipment online.
We hope you will love everything that you order from us, but if something isn’t quite right you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return it.
For orders delivered in the US, you have 10 days from the date of receipt to return it.
For order delivered to Europe, you have 7 days from the date of receipt to return it.
You can return all the items, even items on sales. except COVID-19 masks
We will refund the value of any returned items to which we will deduct a $9 + taxes restocking fee for orders shipped within Canada, $15 CAD for orders shipped to the US, and $30 CAD for order shipped to Europe.
Please note, that in both cases we do not reimburse any additional fees that your financial institution may charge you, and that shipping charges are non-refundable.
We ask that items are returned:
– Clean (no deodorant, perfume or make-up stains),
– In unworn condition
– In its original packaging with all attached tags.
For Canadian customers:
2. Re-using the original packaging, tape the parcel securely and attach the pre-paid label.
3. Drop the parcel off at the Postes Canada of your choice. Responsibility for the return is yours until the parcel reaches us, so please remember to ask for a proof of postage.
4. You can expect to receive a refund within 14 days after the parcel is back to us. Once we have processed the return you will receive a return and refund confirmation email.
