You will not be required to re-enter your shipping and billing address for each order. When you place an order, it will be delivered to the address listed, unless you wish to use a different address.

We offer regular delivery and express delivery. Regular shipping is free to all Canadian provinces with a purchase of $500 or more.

Your order can be sent to the address of your choice (home, office, etc. – except post office boxes) anywhere in Canada, the United States, and the following European countries: Germany, Belgium, Spain, France, Italy, Portugal, and United Kingdom.

Orders shipped outside of Canada are subject to import duties and taxes which cannot be determined at the time of purchase. All additional charges, usually collected once the shipment arrives in your country, are the responsibility of the customer.
How can I track my package?
As soon as we have delivered your package to Canada Post or UPS, we will send you a shipping confirmation in which you will find your tracking number. You just need to go with this number to the Canada Post or UPS website to track your package.
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is shipped. The email will provide you with a tracking number for your package and a hyperlink to the carrier’s website.
Important: Do not forget to check your junk mail or spam, because the confirmation email could have been redirected there.
If I am not satisfied with my item, can I return it?
We hope you like everything you order from us, but if something is wrong you have 15 days from the date it was received to return it.
For orders delivered to the United States, you have 15 days from the date of reception to return it.
For orders delivered in Europe, you have 7 days from the date of reception to return it.
Can I return all the items?
All items can be returned, with the exception of products on sale, masks, packs of 10 filters and mock collars.
Am I responsible for returning an item?
We will refund the value of the returned item (s) to which we will deduct a shipping fee of $ 15 + QC taxes for orders shipped to Canada, US $ 20 for orders shipped to the United States and $ 50 + QC taxes for European countries.
Please note that we do not reimburse any additional charges your financial institution may charge you, and that delivery charges are non-refundable.
Please note that for all orders outside of Canada, customs brokerage fees may apply. These fees will be paid by our broker and will then be deducted from your refund.
What are the conditions for returning an item?
We ask you to return the items:
– clean (no trace of deodorant, makeup, perfume or any other stain)
– in their original packaging and bearing all their labels.
How to return your items?
1. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org indicating your order number. We will then send you a link to print your return label.
2. Reuse the original packaging, tape the package securely, and attach the prepaid return label.
3. Drop off the package at the Canada Post office of your choice. Please note that you are responsible for the package until it reaches us. So don’t forget to ask for proof of posting.
4. You can expect a refund within 14 days of receiving the package. Once we have processed the return, you will receive a return and refund confirmation email.
