Do I need to register before placing an order?

You do not need to register to place an order. You can register as soon as you finish shopping, or check out as a guest. Our registration process is quick, free, and will help you order faster in the future. Click here to register.

Why should I become a registered user?

You will not be required to re-enter your shipping and billing address for each order. When you place an order, it will be delivered to the address on file, unless you wish to use a different address.

How can I change the information in my account?

You will be directed to your account page once you log in with your username and password. You will then be able to change your information there.

Why are all prices listed in Canadian currency?

You can change your currency in the tab at the top of our site.

Is my personal information safe on your site?

Our site offers a safe shopping environment. We invite you to read the details in the privacy and security section.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or change your order once it is placed.

What are the delivery options?

We offer regular shipping and express shipping. Regular shipping is free in all Canadian provinces with a purchase of $500 or more.

Where can I receive my order?

Your order can be sent to the address of your choice (home, office, etc. – excluding PO boxes) anywhere in Canada, the United States and the following European countries: Germany, Belgium, Spain, France, Italy, Portugal, and the United Kingdom.

What are my delivery options?

You can choose between standard delivery or express delivery.

Standard Delivery:

Montreal area: 2-4 business days following confirmation of your order

Province of Quebec: 4-6 business days following confirmation of your order

Rest of Canada: 8-10 business days following confirmation of your order

United States: 8-15 business days after your order is confirmed

Other countries: 15 days on average (may vary)

Express Delivery (Canada only):

Montreal region: 1 business day following confirmation of your order

Province of Quebec: 1 business day following confirmation of your order

Rest of Canada: 2 business days following confirmation of your order

How much does delivery cost?

For cities in Canada:

Standard: $20

Express: $25

For cities in the United States:

Standard: $25 USD

For European countries:

Standard UPS: $50 CAD (+/- 30 euros)

For all other countries:

Orders shipped outside of Canada are subject to import duties and taxes that cannot be determined at the time of purchase. Any additional fees, typically collected once the shipment arrives in your country, are the responsibility of the customer.

How can I track my package?

As soon as we have handed over your package to Canada Post or UPS, we will send you a shipping confirmation in which you will find your tracking number. You will simply need to go with this number to the Canada Post or UPS website to track your package.

How can I track the status of my order?

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is shipped. The email will provide you with a tracking number for your package and a hyperlink to the carrier's website.

Warning: do not forget to check your junk or spam box, as the confirmation email may have been redirected there.

If I am not satisfied with my item, can I return it?

We hope you love everything you order from us, but if something isn't quite right, you have 15 days from the date you received it to return it.

For orders delivered to the United States, you have 15 days from the date of receipt to return it.

For orders delivered to Europe, you have 7 days from the date of receipt to return it.

Can I return an item?

EXCHANGES ARE ACCEPTED WITHIN FIFTEEN DAYS FOLLOWING THE DATE OF RECEIPT OF THE PACKAGE.

NOTICE MUST BE SENT TO INFO@UCHUU.CA TO OBTAIN RETURN AUTHORIZATION.

WE ASK YOU TO RETURN THE ITEMS:

  • CLEAN (NO TRACES OF DEODORANT, MAKEUP, PERFUME OR ANY OTHER STAIN)
  • NOT WORN
  • IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND WITH ALL THEIR LABELS.

FOR ALL EXCHANGES, SHIPPING COSTS ARE THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY.

CREDIT MAY BE APPLIED, NO REFUNDS.

CREDIT ONLY APPLICABLE ON THE WEBSITE.

ACCESSORIES (HATS, JEWELRY, SCARVES, ETC.), SHOES, BASICS AND ITEMS PURCHASED ON SALE OR WITH A CREDIT NOTE ARE “FINAL SALE”. THEY ARE NOT EXCHANGEABLE OR REFUNDABLE.

When will I receive the credit for my return?

Please allow 2-3 weeks from the date of dispatch for your account to be credited.
