Exchanges are accepted within fourteen days following the date of receipt of the package.

Notice must be sent to info@uchuu.ca to obtain return authorization.

We ask that you return the items:

• clean (no traces of deodorant, makeup, perfume or any other stain)
• unworn
• in their original packaging and bearing all their labels.

For all exchanges, delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Credit may be applied, no refunds. Credit only applicable on the website.

Accessories (hats, jewelry, scarves, etc.), shoes, basics and items purchased on sale or with a credit note are "final sale". They are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
