Delivery Policy
We do our utmost to prepare and ship your order as quickly as possible. All orders are carefully prepared by our team and shipped with a tracking number so you can follow their journey to their destination. Orders can be delivered to a residential or business address, with the exception of PO boxes.
We deliver throughout Canada, the United States, and several European countries, including: Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Spain, United Kingdom. If your country is not on this list, please contact us at info@uchuu.ca. We will be happy to assess delivery options.
- Montreal area: 2 to 4 business days
- Quebec province: 4 to 6 business days
- Rest of Canada: 8 to 10 business days
- United States: 8 to 15 business days
- Europe: approximately 15 business days
- Montreal Area: 1 business day
- Province of Quebec: 1 business day
- Rest of Canada: 2 business days
When available at the time of purchase, you may select in-store pickup to avoid delivery charges. You will receive an email once your order is ready for collection.
As soon as your order leaves our workshop, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website (Canada Post or UPS).
You can track the progress of your delivery in real time until it is received. If you do not receive this email, please check your junk mail folder ("spam").
Delivery rates
For any other destination, please contact us at info@uchuu.ca to obtain a shipping quote.
- Standard shipping: CAD $20
- Express shipping: CAD $25
Standard shipping is free on orders of CAD $500 or more.
- Standard shipping: 25$ USD
- Standard Shipping (UPS): CAD 50 (approx. €30)
Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the authorities of the destination country.
These fees are not included in the price of your order and remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If not, you may request a return or exchange within the timeframe provided, depending on your delivery country:
- Canada: 15 days following receipt
- United States: 15 days following receipt
- Europe: 7 days following receipt
Before any return, please contact our team at info@uchuu.ca to obtain return authorization. No return will be processed without this prior authorization.
Returned items must be:
- unworn;
- clean, with no traces of makeup, perfume, deodorant, or other substances;
- returned in their original packaging;
- accompanied by all their tags.
Any item not meeting these conditions may be refused.
Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a shipping service with a tracking number, as UCHUU cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit.
UCHUU does not offer refunds. When a return is accepted, a store credit is issued. This credit is exclusively applicable to our online store and can be used for a future purchase. Once your return is received and approved by our team, please allow 2 to 3 weeks from the date your return was shipped for the credit to be applied to your account.
For hygiene reasons or due to their promotional nature, the following items are considered final sales and cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited:
- Accessories (hats, jewelry, scarves, etc.)
- Footwear
- Items from the Basics collection
- Sale items
- Items purchased with a credit note
