Exchanges are accepted within fourteen days of the date of receipt of the package.

Notice must be sent to info@uchuu.ca to obtain a return authorization.

We ask that you return items:

• clean (no trace of deodorant, make-up, perfume or any other stain)
• unworn
• in their original packaging and bearing all their labels.

For all exchanges, delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Credit may be applied, no refunds . Credit can only be applied on the website.

Accessories (hats, jewelry, scarves, etc.), shoes, basics and items purchased on sale or with a credit note are final sale. They are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
